1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TCGPages (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who we are

The Service is operated by TCGPages ("we," "us," or "our").

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service and they must agree to these Terms on your behalf.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

We offer optional paid features such as extra digital storage and virtual card slots for your binder. These are digital services and do not include physical goods.

Payments are handled by a third-party processor (Stripe). We do not store your credit card information.

Pricing for storage and subscriptions is shown on the website and may change. Active subscribers will receive at least 30 days’ notice before any price increase takes effect.

Taxes may apply. If a payment is reversed, charged back, or otherwise fails after being approved, we may suspend or limit access until the issue is resolved.

We also offer a monthly plan that unlocks premium features (“Collector Features”). By subscribing, you agree that:

Automatic renewal: Your plan renews every month on the date you first subscribed, and your payment method is charged.
Cancellation: You can cancel anytime in account settings. Cancellation applies at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Collector Features access until then.
No partial refunds: Canceling does not provide a refund for the current period. You keep Collector Features access until the period ends.
Failed payments: If a charge fails, we will retry. After three failed attempts, the subscription is canceled and Collector Features access ends when your paid period finishes.

One-time purchases for storage or card slots are applied to your account right away.

We also offer a one-time Founder plan. Founder purchases include a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase. After that window, Founder purchases are non-refundable.

Refunds for other purchases are not provided unless required by law or explicitly stated at checkout.

6. User content and public sharing

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (such as binder layouts, notes, and images). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute your content solely for operating and improving the Service. If you mark content as public, you understand it may be viewed by others.

7. Acceptable use

Do not violate any law or third-party rights.
Do not upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service.
Do not access or scrape the Service in a way that harms performance.
Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
Do not post harassing, hateful, or illegal content, or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, features, and code, is owned by TCGPages and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service except as permitted by these Terms.

9. Copyright and takedown requests

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, contact us with enough detail to identify the material, proof of ownership, and your contact information. We may remove content and, where appropriate, disable repeat infringers.

10. Availability, maintenance, and changes

We aim to keep the Service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or events beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and features may change or be discontinued over time.

11. Data retention and deletion

You can request account deletion at any time. When an account is deleted, we remove or anonymize personal information where feasible and as required by law, but we may retain certain data for legal, accounting, or security purposes. Public content may remain visible until removed or updated.

12. Public content visibility

If you mark content as public, it can be viewed, shared, and copied by others. You are responsible for the content you choose to share publicly.

13. Third-party services

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if we must do so to comply with law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

15. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TCGPages will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TCGPages from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

18. Arbitration and class action waiver

To the extent permitted by law, you and TCGPages agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or other representative proceeding.

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to contact us so we can try to resolve the dispute informally.

19. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply where TCGPages operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that place, unless otherwise required by law.

20. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by updating the date above or through the Service.
