1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of tcgpages (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who we are

The Service is operated by tcgpages ("we," "us," or "our").

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service and they must agree to these Terms on your behalf.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

We offer optional paid features such as extra digital storage and virtual card slots for your binder. These are digital services and do not include physical goods.

Web payments are handled by Stripe. iOS in-app purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple through your Apple Account. We do not store your credit card information.

Pricing for storage and subscriptions is shown on the website and in the iOS app before purchase, and may change. Active web subscribers will receive at least 30 days’ notice before any Stripe price increase takes effect. Apple handles App Store price increase notices and consent where required.

Taxes may apply. If a payment is reversed, charged back, or otherwise fails after being approved, we may suspend or limit access until the issue is resolved.

We also offer monthly and yearly auto-renewing plans that unlock premium features (“Collector Features”). By subscribing, you agree that:

Automatic renewal: Your plan renews on the same billing cadence you selected, and your payment method is charged.
Cancellation: You can cancel anytime in account settings for web subscriptions or in your Apple Account subscription settings for App Store subscriptions. Cancellation applies at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Collector Features access until then.
No partial refunds: Canceling does not provide a refund for the current period. You keep Collector Features access until the period ends.
Failed payments: If a charge fails, we will retry. After three failed attempts, the subscription is canceled and Collector Features access ends when your paid period finishes.
App Store billing: Apple charges your Apple Account at purchase confirmation, subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and renewal is charged within 24 hours before the current period ends.

The specific features, tools, and functionality included in any plan, including Collector Features, may change, be modified, or be removed at any time.

Any paid plan guarantees access only to the quantitative limits associated with that plan, such as binder count, storage limits, custom-card limits, or slot capacity. Features are provided on an evolving basis and are not guaranteed for any specific period.

One-time purchases for storage or card slots are applied to your account right away.

We also offer a one-time Founder plan. Founder purchases include a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase. After that window, Founder purchases are non-refundable. "Lifetime access" means access to the Founder plan for the lifetime of the tcgpages Service, subject to these Terms. It does not mean the purchaser's lifetime or guarantee that the Service will operate indefinitely.

Refunds for other purchases are not provided unless required by law or explicitly stated at checkout.

If you delete your account while a web subscription is still active, we may cancel the subscription at the end of the current billing period. If you later create a new account using the same verified email before that billing period ends, we may allow you to restore billing access for the remaining subscription period. This restores billing access only. Deleted account data, binders, uploads, custom cards, settings, and other content cannot be restored.

6. User content and public sharing

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (such as binder layouts, notes, and images). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute your content solely for operating and improving the Service. If you mark content as public, you understand it may be viewed by others.

You are responsible for the content you upload, enter, or share. We may review, hide, remove, or restrict content that violates these Terms, creates safety or moderation risk, or may expose others to prohibited material.

These content rules apply whether content is public, private, shared by link, saved as a draft, uploaded as media, entered as notes, used as an avatar, or otherwise stored in the Service. We may use manual review, automated tools, hashes, metadata, user reports, and other signals to detect, hide, remove, or restrict content that may violate these Terms.

You represent that you have all rights needed to upload, enter, store, and share your content, including images, artwork, names, logos, notes, and other materials. Do not upload or share content if doing so would violate another person's rights or any law.

7. Acceptable use and content rules

Do not violate any law or third-party rights.
Do not upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service.
Do not access or scrape the Service in a way that harms performance.
Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
Do not upload, post, or share sexually explicit, pornographic, nude, obscene, or graphic images or other adult content.
Do not upload, post, or share violent, gory, self-harm, abusive, exploitative, or illegal content, including any sexualized content involving minors.
Do not use slurs, threats, harassment, hate speech, bullying, or abusive, profane, or intentionally offensive language.
Do not post spam, scams, deceptive content, or content meant to evade moderation or mislead other users.
Do not post content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.

Moderation decisions may be imperfect. You may contact us to ask for a review, but we are not required to host, restore, or keep disputed content available while a review is pending.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, features, and code, is owned by tcgpages and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service except as permitted by these Terms.

9. Copyright and takedown requests

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, contact us with enough detail to identify the material, proof of ownership, and your contact information. We may remove content and, where appropriate, disable repeat infringers.

10. Availability, maintenance, and changes

We aim to keep the Service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or events beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, replace, or remove features, functionality, or parts of the Service at any time, with or without notice. Features included in any plan are not guaranteed to remain available, and access to specific functionality may change over time.

11. Plan limits vs. features

Plans may include both quantitative limits, such as storage, binder count, custom-card limits, or card slots, and product features, such as themes, sharing options, or tools.

Quantitative limits are the primary basis of a plan purchase and, for recurring subscriptions, will remain available for the duration of an active subscription, subject to these Terms.

Features are subject to change, improvement, or removal at any time and are not guaranteed.

"Unlimited" or similar marketing language means no fixed limit is shown for ordinary intended use at the time displayed. We may apply, update, or enforce reasonable usage, storage, abuse-prevention, performance, or operational limits, including custom-card limits, upload limits, binder-content limits, and other high-volume-use limits.

12. Data retention and deletion

You can request account deletion at any time. When an account is deleted, we remove or anonymize personal information where feasible and as required by law, but we may retain certain data for legal, accounting, or security purposes. Public content may remain visible until removed or updated.

Account deletion is permanent. Creating a new account with the same email does not and cannot restore deleted content or account history. We may retain limited billing records as required for accounting, fraud prevention, chargebacks, support, legal compliance, or to verify remaining paid access.

If we reasonably believe content involves exploitation, minors, threats, abuse, fraud, security risk, or other illegal material, we may preserve, remove, disable access to, report, or disclose relevant content and account information when required by law or when necessary to protect the Service, users, or others.

13. Public content visibility

If you mark content as public, it can be viewed, shared, and copied by others. You are responsible for the content you choose to share publicly.

14. Third-party services

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if we must do so to comply with law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Violations may result in warnings, hidden content, removed content, upload restrictions, feature restrictions, account suspension, or account termination. Repeated or serious violations may result in termination without a refund except where required by law.

16. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

17. Card information and values

Card metadata, pricing, estimates, market information, availability, and collection values shown in the Service are informational only. They are not financial, tax, insurance, appraisal, investment, or professional advice, and may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable.

18. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, tcgpages will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless tcgpages from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

20. Arbitration and class action waiver

To the extent permitted by law, you and tcgpages agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or other representative proceeding.

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to contact us so we can try to resolve the dispute informally.

21. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply where tcgpages operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that place, unless otherwise required by law.

22. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by updating the date above or through the Service.
